Conversion Information

IMPORTANT: Intuit must be notified of any conversions 30 days prior to the “Conversion Start Date.” Notification constitutes the submission of the completed conversion questionnaire and all necessary agreements in place. If your conversion project does not meet the 30 day notification requirements, your “Launch Target Date” will be changed to 30 days from meeting the requirements.

Intuit defines a conversion as: any change in data flows that may affect OFX feeds to Intuit products. These changes may or may not require users to take action within Intuit products.

If you are a Service Provider who needs access to the FI branding tool please email Branding Team.

Some examples items that can cause a conversion within the products include, but are not limited to the following items:

System Related Changes Due To: Change in Supported Services: Updating Account Information
Merger or Branch Acquisition Web Connect Routing Number
Change in OFX Technology Provider Direct Connect Account Number
System upgrade of any sort that could potentially affect OFX Bill Pay Login credentials
  Adding or removing supported account types  

 

Conversion Steps

Follow the steps below if any changes which may affect OFX data are occurring.
1. Complete the Conversion Questionnaire and Submit here
2. Intuit will review your completed questionnaire and contact you to discuss the scope of your project.
3. Once all contractual agreements are satisfied, Intuit will assign a Project Manager who will contact you within 3 business days to schedule a conversion kick-off call.

The purpose of this table is to provide a better understanding of the roles and responsibilities of all involved parties. Your assigned Intuit Project Manager will be able to address any questions regarding this table.
